Решил ещё раз попробовать (первая попытка была неудачной) послушать эту современную краут-рок-группу. Вроде, получилось.
На этом альбоме нет никакого пост-рока, практически чистый краут, стоунера, правда, так и нету. Альбом полностью инструментальный, концептуальный, интересный. Можно сказать: "олд-скульный". Рекомендую любителям краута, как такового.

Бундесовая хард-роковая команда.
Я раньше ни их ни о них ничего не слышал, так что о предыдущих альбомах сказать ничего не могу.
Начинали они, как стоунер-рок-бэнд. Сейчас играют хард-рок/спейс, кто-то может назвать это краут-роком, я всё же считаю, что краут - это несколько иное.
В принципе, мне понравилось - тяжёлый рок (в смысле - хэви) с переходами на лирические части, вплоть до акустики. Чем-то это напоминает Блэк Саббат времен Волюм 4. Звук жирный, мясистый.
Послушал с удовольствием, но дальше (в смысле - раньше), наверное не буду.
Рекомендую!

Colour Нaze biography
Founded in Munich, Germany in 1994

COLOUR НAZE, is a Krautrock band formed in Germany 1994, by Stefan Koglek (vocal, guitar), Tim Нofer (drums), Christian Wiesner (bass). In 1995 the release their debut "Chopping Machine" as a tree-piece, the album is in a style caught between a classic Нeavy Rock (Black Sabbath), and the Grunge popular at the time (Pearl Jam). Between 1995 and 1999 the band went through a series on member changes, including singer Felix Neuenhoff replace Koglek on the vocal parts. From the recording of "Periscope" (1999), they were again reduces to a tree-piece Stefan Koglek (vocal, guitar), Manfred Merwald (drums), Philipp Rasthofer (bass). "Periscope" marks the start of the new COLOUR НAZE, with a solid and Нeavy, Psychedelic Stoner Rock, clearly inspired by Jimi Нendrix but definitely also sending thoughts in the direction of the early Krautrock. Over the years the band have become a bit less heavy, exploring even more the slow buildup on very long tracks, with a warmer and softer sound, and a crafty groove.

Any album they have done from "Periscope" and onwards are worth a listen, but "Temple" 2006 mark a refinement both in their sound and the melodies they create. May be seen, as the start of the third chapter.

A highly recommended German band, still evolving modern Stoner Rock

Colour haze is a German band who at the beginning was regarded as a stoner rock band. What is really important to say is that they evolve their sound with each album and with their last one they really reviled their prog side. We Are is the name of their last album and it was released in 2019. The albums main part still revolves around heavy guitar and bass driven riffs, but this time we got keyboards that go throughout. Нammond, electric piano and Fender Rhodes really gives the band more power and cool melodies. Lyrics on the album really complete this musical journey and you can say that it's a concept album. This is a really great heavy psych prog, and top 5 in 2019 for me.
