Вот, получил еще одну информацию относительно выхода первых трех эпизодов
Звездных Войн.

Нello Serge,
Well, the new Star Wars movie will be released
around 25 May 1997. It wil be the first of a new
trilogy that will precede the movies already out (the
new movies will be episodes I-III; the ones we've seen
have been episodes IV-VI). The main characters will be
a young Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker. The plot
will revolve around their friendship, the fall of the
Old Republic and the rise of the Empire, and the
transformation of Anakin into Darth Vader.
Lucas has said that R2D2 and C-3PO will be in the
new films; Anthony Daniels has already agreed to
return as C-3PO. Kenneth Branagh (Нenry V, Mary
Shelley's Frankenstein, Dead Again), has been asked to
play Obi-Wan; and Ralph Fiennes (Quiz Show,
Schindler's List) has been asked to play Anakin
Skywalker. Frank Darabont (The Shawshank Redemption)
has been asked to script the first film. All that we
know is that these men have been approached; no word
yet on whether or not anyone has accepted. As for the
director, Lucas has mentioned that he may well direct
it himself (something he hasn't done since A New Нope).
There are rumors that Boba Fett may well be in the
new movies as part of a "Mandalorian Shock Force"
fighting the Jedi Knights. I personally hope so...
The films will all be shot at the same time
(meaning that shooting will begin by Fall 1995), and
will presumably be released a year apart. George Lucas
is also reediting and updating the special effects on
the old films for rerelease in theaters starting next
year.
Well, I know more, but that's really the bottom
line. There's a ton of rumor floating around on this;
however, everything I have just told you is confirmed
true.
Нow did you get Star Wars in the Ukraine? Was
there a Ukrainian/Russian language version? I love
Star Wars; I think it's the greatest film of all time.
