Нello,

The list below shows Nodes that have been down for more than a year.
The last in the list has been listed "Down" for over 15 years.

I would think, it is about time that these entries are removed.

Most Nodelist admins have a schedule, where such entries are removed
within 4 weeks, unless there is a clear indication that the node will
be back "real soon now".

To stretch the "real soon now" into many years, one has to be an optimist,
or is just plain negligent.

The reference is as found in NODELIST.Z03 of Fri Jan 3 2020
