version 3.5 (01.05.2018):
- added automatic CD32 joypad detection, which enables extra pad controls for player 1:
* green button: toggles autofire (like "A")
* blue button: lock/free shield (same as 2nd button)
* play: pause
* fwd+bwd: quit current game
- added CUSTOM1 to enable autofire by default (no need to press "A" anymore)
