All zone2-type nodelist files Z2DAILY ZONE2 and UTF8 were regenerated due to an error in the incoming ZONE1-file ... all regions had been dropped from it and only zone-specific entries were in it.

Z1C has been notified to look into this.

Yes, Wilfred ZONE2 was also regenerated.

A new zone ZONE1-file was received and all the daily Z2 nodelist-type files were re-produced.
